Work Arrangement: Morning Shift/Onsite
Location: Clark, Pampanga

  • 2nd Level Service Desk 
  • Taking escalations from Level 1 team 
  • Mentoring and coaching level 1 team to reduce escalations coming to 2nd Level team 
  • Conducting ongoing maintenance including system and software upgrades for desktops, notebooks and servers 
  • Office 365 Administration 
  • SharePoint Administration 
  • Windows and Office Applications in-depth troubleshooting 
  • Powershell scripting and looking at other ways to automate tasks 
  • Support and maintain backups, virus protection, internet and remote access/VPN solutions 
  • Manage and support MS Server environments including Active Directory 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across user and application support 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing Level 2 Support 
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office Suite
  • Experience with administration of Office 365 & SharePoint (Permissions) 
  • Excellent communication and Customer service skills 
  • Experience with server OS troubleshooting 
  • File/Folder permissions using groups 
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
