Work Setup and Schedule: Hybrid setup, 4×11 Morning ShiftOffice Location: Clark, Pampanga

This Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer role is an integral part of the client’s service delivery to clients.

  • Providing IT Helpdesk support for clients
  • Responsible in doing quick fixes like user creation and termination in AD, password reset, etc. 
  • Able to identify network basics (i.e. IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, etc.) 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in providing phone and remote support directly with customers 
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices 
  • Relevant tertiary degree and/or IT Certification 
  • Good technical knowledge across: 
  • Windows 7, 8 & 10 
  • Active Directory 
  • Microsoft O365 / Microsoft Office 
  • Hardware support (server, desktop, laptop), network knowledge (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN)
