Location: Temporary WFH
Office Location: Clark, Pampanga
- Answering inbound support calls and making outbound support calls to assist users with technical issues and requests.
- Provides IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and customer line of business applications.
- Conducts system documentation maintenance and review
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Basic remote access solution implementation and support
- Administer hosted and cloud-based solution services including Microsoft 365 and its related technologies
- Ability to analyze existing infrastructure deficiencies and present recommendations for improvement
- Knowledge of VOIP based PBX systems and concepts
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- 2 Years IT help desk support experience
- With at least one monitoring/RMM system experience
- Experience with IT ticketing system
- Account administration experience in Active Directory, Exchange, O365 or G-Suite
- Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
- Prior experience with MSP PSA such Autotask, ConnectWise
- Basic technical support at the network level
- Knowledge of 3CX VOIP based PBX systems and concepts is an advantage
- Professional IT Certifications, such as Microsoft MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP or ITIL Foundation is a plus
