- Assist/Lead server migrations to updated versions of Windows Server
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting client server instances
- Assist with managing and troubleshooting client network environments
- Assist with planning and deployment of client infrastructure projects (Firewalls, Switches, Access Points, Etc.)
- Assist/Lead Microsoft Azure design and deployment projects for clients
- Lead planning and deployment of LEAP Advanced Spam Filtering Platform
- Lead planning and deployment of MFA (DUO/Office 365), and Mobile Device Management Platform (MaaS360/Intune) for clients
- Complete assigned escalated tickets from the help desk team as needed
- Assist with other misc. projects when required by the project management team
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience migrating Windows Servers (Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
- Azure Management,
- Email Migration and SQL Migration
- Experience with Command Line and PowerShell
- Hyper V and VM Ware
- Experience with Disaster Recovery and Backup Appliance.
- Network Certification
- Server Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Excellent English Communication Skills
