Work Arrangement: Onsite
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Schedules: 

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for 11 hours each
  • Monday to Friday, 7am start time

Primary Functions

  • Very strong business acumen.

  • Developing and updating documentation to continually improve processes.
  • Provide daily support to our customers

You will assist our customers with the following support requests

  • Password resets
  • Assisting with remote access
  • Printing queries
  • User management (creation and removal of users)
  • Software updates

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid MSP helpdesk experience, if possible Australian companies
  • Familiar with accountancy software; Myob, Reckon, Handisoft
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Nice to Have
  • Microsoft MS-100
  • CompTIA Security and certification
