Assist with the day-to-day operations of People Operations Team:

General clerical and administrative duties

  • Maintains an updated and accurate employee individual record in CRM and HRIS.
  •  Attendance checking
  • Monitors and responds to email requests and queries from employees.


  • Preparation of employment contracts, RCBC Form Application
  •   Collecting and checking of pre-employment requirements
  • Assisting new hires with contract signing
  •  Induction
  •  Scheduling of induction schedule and sending invitation to clients

Personnel Action Form (PAF) Processing

  • Monitoring, preparation, and timely processing employee PAF.

Helps organize and facilitate month-end activities

  • Printing of certificates for regularized employees
  •  Preparation of list of tenured employees
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years relevant experience specializing in Administrative Support role, background in HR is highly desirable.
  • Must be willing to work on site in Clark, Pampanga.
  •  Must be very keen to details, organized, and with good time management skills.
  • Respects the importance of confidentiality, as the role will be dealing with employees’ personal details.
  •  Working under pressure with minimum supervision will be an advantage.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
