Client Project Management

• Manages stakeholders across different projects to ensure appropriate project onboarding and clear communications around the project
• Liaises with the client to inform them project plan, discuss the scope and identify their preferences for communication (type & frequency)
• Attends meetings with stakeholders at the beginning and at different stages of the project
• Seeks to understand client information and shares this with the appropriate internal people
• Creates communication schedules for the main stakeholders of the project following initial meetings with the client and distributes these to the key members of the project team
• Creates project plans outlining key project milestones 
• Effectively runs internal and external meetings 
• Performs milestone billing and provides milestone summaries
• Monitors over runs & under runs 

Operational Project Management

• Manages internal resourcing and equipment to ensure adequate resources are available for all active projects 
• Liaises with dispatch to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to clients 
• Assesses current and future workload/projects to perform resource forecasting 
• Develops project timelines and plans for the re-deployment of resources 
• Performs delivery forecasting and ensures optimization for MRR revenue 
• Oversees projects and their overall progress using the ConnectWise Manage (PSA/CRM/PM tool). 
• Manages the project budget and completes budget forecasting both pre-project and as changes occur to project scope 
• Manages resource workflows to ensure there are no bottlenecks or issues regarding project completion 
• Monitors ticket assignment to ensure it is handled appropriately 
• Monitors RAG status and escalates any projects in a red or amber status 

Client Relationship Management 

• Effectively manages client expectations through proactive communications to manage expectations and keep them informed of issues and variations 
• Communicates clearly with clients and key stakeholders to provide early identification of variation billing, scope creep or changes to the project based on unknown variables or available resources 
• Runs project meetings with team members and clients to discuss successes and project progress
• Ensures client satisfaction throughout the duration of the project
• Available to discuss client concerns and instils confidence in the services being delivered 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 
  • Must have Project Management experience capable of coordinating projects end to end with various cross functional stakeholder groups 
  • Experience with Project Management Tool 
  • Experience managing to project plans, timelines, and schedules 
  • Must have some Salesforce experience 
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English 
  • Intermediate level MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Skills 
  • Exceptional calendaring, virtual meeting management, and Executive
