Location: Clark, Pampanga (Office-based)
Arrangement: Morning Shift 6AM-3PM
- Provide effective and consistent IT support to our customers via our Service Desk
- Maintain excellent customer relations with all clients
- Operate monitoring systems to identify faults and to execute maintenance.
- Analyse the cause of technical faults in server, network20k, and storage systems
- Execute technical repairs as a skilled Server and Network Engineer
- Maintain/update site documentations
- Provide timely status updates to clients
- Report systemic problems to prevent them from repeating (problem management)
- Consider impacts of changes in customer environments through the use of change management processes
- Apply fundamental troubleshooting skills to issues before escalating to the appropriate group
- Perform other tasks or duties assigned by the Client/Company Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
- A strong customer service ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great phone skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective problem solving and time management skills.
