Location: Clark, Pampanga (Office-based)

  • Answering Customer calls, emails, chat requests to log tickets 
  • Basic or Initial Troubleshooting on tickets to determine priority/type/subtype and core issue 
  • Completing quickfix tickets, including Active Directory Password resets, adding/removing users to/from security/distribution groups 
  • Initial deployment of computers and/or software applications via deployment software 
  • Schedule Adding and removing users, mailboxes and relevant accounts on Microsoft 365 ling tickets to other engineers/teams as required
  • Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security 
  • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets 
  • Work with the Service Desk Co-Ordinator to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently 
  • Active Directory: creation and deletion of user and computer accounts, password reset, unlock account, folder access & user groups management
  • O365 Administration: creation of Shared mailboxes and Distribution list, License management, Message tracing
  • Email management, Domain hosting via O365 or any Cloud Solutions provider, MFA

Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong customer service ethic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems
  • Strong desktop knowledge (Windows 10 ,8 and 7) 
  • Practical experience in PC hardware repairs is an advantage. 
  • Practical experience in deploying and migrating users from old PCs to new PCs 
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining back up technologies including Datto
  • Working knowledge of wireless networks 
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/ IP protocols
