Work Arrangement: Onsite
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Work Schedules:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for 11 hours each
- Monday to Friday, 7am start time
Primary Functions
- Very strong business acumen.
- High attention to detail.
- Developing and updating documentation to continually improve processes.
- Provide daily support to our customers

You will assist our customers with the following support requests
- Password resets
- Assisting with remote access
- Printing queries
- User management (creation and removal of users)
- Software updates
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid MSP helpdesk experience, if possible Australian companies
- Familiar with accountancy software; Myob, Reckon, Handisoft
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Nice to Have
- Microsoft MS-100
- CompTIA Security and certification
